Newfoundland curling legend Brad Gushue is certainly staying busy since his retirement from the sport.

On Monday, the Grand Slam of Curling unveiled its star-studded 2026 broadcast team, which includes Newfoundland and Labrador’s olympic champ as its new analyst.

Gushue will join Joanne Courtney, Jennifer Jones, Brent Laing, Darren Dupont and John Cullen on the GSOC broadcast team. Grand Slam of Curling events will be broadcast on CBC and Sportsnet in Canada, on ESPN in the United States, and internationally on Rock Channel.

Gushue’s first fall season retired from the professional curling circuit looks to be a busy one.

Back in May, Gushue accepted the role of High Performance Director with USA Curling, and later in September announced a book tour for his new book ‘Gushue: The Making of a Champion’, which will take him to 15 stops across Canada from October through the end of November.
